Gerald Davis, M.Ed., C.R.C.
Retired / Internal Consultant
Mr. Davis is currently retired, he is the Founder of RVA-Rehabilitation & Vocational Associates which began 27 years ago. He has 35 years experience as a vocational consultant, case manager and supervisor in the field. He has a Masters Degree in Counselor Education from State University of New York at Buffalo.
He has special certification and training to provide specialized vocational rehabilitation and evidence to the following groups:

* The U.S. Department of Labor Office of Worker’s Compensation Programs.

* Perform vocational rehabilitation and assessments to federal injured workers and longshore workers. The Office of Disability Adjudication and Review of the Social Security Administration.

* Qualified vocational expert to provide vocational opinions at social security disability hearings. Vocational Expert Witness (Forensics).
Experience serving as a Vocational Expert Witness in personal injury, employment law, and divorce cases for attorney’s on either side of the claim or for insurance carriers. Provides vocational assessments of loss of labor market access and wage earning capacity to assist the triers of fact in civil court cases or loss of earning capacity evaluations or worker’s compensation administrative law cases including research and testimony regarding whether a claimant is permanently and totally disabled.
