Eric is our Manager and he is a certified vocational rehabilitation counselor with approximately 20 years of vocational rehabilitation experience handling workers compensation, long term disability, and social security disability cases.  He has a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Tennessee and has also worked several years as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with the North Carolina Department of Vocational Rehabilitation Services. He specializes in case management for workers compensation in the states of Nevada, Nebraska & Alaska.

Mr. Davis holds the maximum acreditation for a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, being a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, they are the only professional counselors educated and trained at the graduate level specifically to serve individuals with disabilities. Through a comprehensive and unique counseling process, rehabilitation counselors. Mr. Davis and his team help individuals who have disabilities set and achieve their personal, career, and independent living goals. They are the bridge between individual and self-sufficiency, helping them to live fully integrated lives.

Mr. Davis is IARP member since 2008, IARP is the only organization focused on and committed to comprehensively serving the professional private rehabilitation industry. He has served as a president of the Nevada Chapter of IARP from 2018-2022, he serves now as the secretayr of local the chapter. 

Experience serving as a Vocational Expert Witness in personal injury, employment law, and divorce cases for attorney’s on either side of the claim or for insurance carriers. Provides vocational assessments of loss of labor market access and wage earning capacity to assist the triers of fact in civil court cases or loss of earning capacity evaluations or worker’s compensation administrative law cases including research and testimony regarding whether a claimant is permanently and totally disabled.
