Eric Davis, M.S., C.R.C.
Eric our Manager and he is a certified vocational rehabilitation counselor with approximately 15 years of vocational rehabilitation experience handling workers compensation, long term disability, and social security disability cases. He has a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Tennessee and has also worked several years as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with the North Carolina Department of Vocational Rehabilitation Services.
Fabiola Ruiz Gomez, B.S.
Bilingual
VR Case Manager /Interpreter
Fabiola is a bilingual VR Case Manager with a bachelors degree from ITESO, in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. She specializes in providing vocational rehabilitation case management for monolingual Spanish speaking injured workers. She is Native Spanish Speaking, fluent in communicating in Spanish and translating from Spanish to English.
Gerald Davis, M.Ed., C.R.C.
Founder of Rehabilitation & Vocational Associates which began 27 years ago. He has 35 years experience as a vocational consultant, case manager and supervisor in the field. He has a Masters Degree in Counselor Education from State University of New York at Buffalo. He has special certification and training to provide specialized vocational rehabilitation and evidence to the following groups: The U.S. Department of Labor Office of Worker’s Compensation Programs. Perform vocational rehabilitation and assessments to federal injured workers and longshore workers. The Office of Disability Adjudication and Review of the Social Security Administration. Qualified vocational expert to provide vocational opinions at social security disability hearings. Vocational Expert Witness (Forensics). Experience serving as a Vocational Expert Witness in personal injury, employment law, and divorce cases for attorney’s on either side of the claim or for insurance carriers. Provides vocational assessments of loss of labor market access and wage earning capacity to assist the triers of fact in civil court cases or loss of earning capacity evaluations or worker’s compensation administrative law cases including research and testimony regarding whether a claimant is permanently and totally disabled.
